Microsoft has been perfecting flight simulation games for your computer 20 years and with this new game, they have done wonders.

If you truly enjoy flight simulator games then this one is a must have. You will not only be piloting some of the most innovative aircraft throughout history but you will also be learning all there is to know about the aircraft as well. There are a total of 24 different aircraft for you to fly test, and with the interactive multimedia a ton of historical information on the planes that shaped aviation history and their original pilots.

Call of Duty 2

Call of Duty 2 starts where its forerunner stopped. Just like in the other Call of Duty, you will enjoy campaigns where you play as different soldiers fighting for the Allied forces. In the beginning, you are a private in the Russian Army. You will unlock the British campaign after you win the first Russian mission. Many of the missions are located in the deserts of North Africa except the final mission where you will find yourself in Caen, France. Then you will be off to Pointe du Hoc and you will be American corporal. There are a total of 10 missions to give you hours of enjoyment and difficulty levels can keep you playing even longer.

Diablo II

If you liked Diablo then you are going to love Diablo II. Everyone raves over the improvements that have been made. There is more customization of the characters and improvement in the spells, gameplay, and graphics to mention just a few of the main reasons everyone enjoys this new Diablo.

In Diablo II, you once again return to the dark fantasy world. You can choose from five characters and explore the world around you. You will journey across distant lands, fight villains that were not in the previous Diablo, find new treasures and discover ancient mysteries while you endeavor to stop the Lord of Terror.

Shadow of Rome for Playstation 2

In Shadow of Rome, you find yourself of course in Rome in 44 B.C. The Republic of Rome is in upheaval with political corruption and the community is overrun with disorderliness and violence. Julius Caesar campaigns for extreme reform but he is opposed and murdered. One soldier by the name of Agrippa hears of the news of the murder of Julius Caesar. His father, Vipsanius, is accused of this horrific murder. You as Agrippa must travel all about Rome to find the real murderer, before your father is executed by the winner of the next gladiatorial event.

As you begin your quest, you will be Agrippa and will be on campaign in Germany. This is where you will learn about your father’s arrest. You return to Rome and meet your best friend Octavianus. The game will then switch back and forth while you play the role of either Agrippa or Octavianus. Each one of the warriors has their own talents to use to try to prove the innocence of Vipanius and save him from certain doom.

Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone

I really enjoyed the movie and of course had to try out the game on my son’s Sony playstation. Well, I am not very good at games but he really enjoyed it and showed me up on every level.

You are Harry Potter in the game and you must go to your classes and learn all the magical things you can. You not only go to class but you have to overcome adversity and all the challenges that accompany them. You will enjoy meeting all the various characters from the J.K. Rowling’s book except maybe Draco Malfoy.

As you sharpen your magical skills and advance through three terms of study during your first year at Hogwarts, you will have a certain number of objectives to meet during each term. Some of things that you must learn include collecting and mixing potions with Professor Snape, piloting a flying broom through the Forbidden Forest in search of Neville Longbottom’s Remembrall, and learn to control your flying broom while playing Quidditch. There are total of 29 various objectives you must learn while you avoid enemies and obstacles in order to pass the first year of study.

One of the biggest raves right now is the Nintendo DS. If you are hip, you have one of these great game systems. Why is it so popular? That is a very simple question to answer. It has 3D rendered graphic, is portable and you can play all your favorite Game Boy Advance games with it in a single player mode.

The Nintendo DS has dual screens with a cool touch screen technology that will allow you to interact with all of the games like you would not believe. It also has wireless capabilities so you can experience real time multiplayer game play with a built in PictoChat software, which will let you, draw, write, and even send, messages wirelessly.

With the dual screens of the Nintendo DS if you are, playing a racing game you can see your own car while viewing the track on the other screen. The 3-inch screen has 3D renderings that are more awesome than the Nintendo 64.
