Hello Kitty Party ships for Nintendo DS
November 24th, 2009 by Edwin in Games – New Releases
We all know that the pasty-faced feline known as Hello Kitty who is outrageously famous worldwide has now reached the pinnacle of her biological age (human wise, of course) at 35, and hence no 35th Anniversary would be complete without a party packed with friends and exciting activities. Majesco certainly knows about this fact, and intends to embark on a win-win situation by offering Hello Kitty a game to commemorate her mid-30s celebration while hoping to generate some postive cashflow from this effort. Having said that, Hello Kitty Party for the Nintendo DS has started to ship to retailers nationwide, where this all-new Hello Kitty game enables players to enjoy 25 themed games as they shop, cook and dress up among others while preparing for a super fun party.
In Hello Kitty Party, players help Hello Kitty and SANRIO friends – including Keroppi, Badtz-Maru, My Melody and others – plan and throw a party. After sending out personalized party invitations, players will design and iron the perfect dress; shop for party fare; play puzzles and match games; cook food; and dress Hello Kitty in a variety of outfits and accessories. When the party is in full swing, girls can even show off their dance moves in the Dance Contest!
Developed by Idea Factory and licensed by Barnstorm Games, Hello Kitty Party for Nintendo DS is a game for just about anybody and everybody with its E for Everyone rating, where it is expected to retail for $29.99. Any takers for this title when it arrives?
