Love baseball so much that you think about it every waking moment and go to sleep hugging a baseball bat instead of your spouse or bolster? Well, for folks who have missed the chance to make it in the big leagues during their formative years and want their progeny to live out this dream, you can have a dry run with Activision’s Little League World Series Baseball 2009 – as long as you own a Wii or Nintendo DS, of course. This title is a refresh and update of the critically acclaimed hit Little League videogame from 2008, boasting world renowned Japanese developer NOW Production on board yet again. Gamers will have the chance to prove themselves as Little League World Series baseball Champion material, or you can always take up the challenge of playing with up to three other friends in a variety of exhibition and skill modes.
Some of the new features found in Little League World Series Baseball 2009 include :-
- New Power-ups that boost your players with special abilities
- More customizable features to edit your players and teams
