Square Enix updates Q1 2009 lineup

Square Enix is one of the more celebrated game companies in the world, and it is safe to assume that virtually all gamers have had a taste of their products to date, especially the Final Fantasy series that boasts not only longevity but movie-like material to enthrall and enhance the gamer. Perhaps there is a silver lining in the economic downturn at the moment - you will save much more money in the coming year by staying at home and playing with these Q1 2009 titles that will be discussed in greater detail right after the jump.

Star Ocean: Second Evolution for the PSP (January 6, 2009)
Following the exploits of humankind’s journey across the stars, the STAR OCEAN saga comes to life in the completely remastered STAR OCEAN: Second Evolution, exclusively for the PSP system. DRAGON QUEST V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride for the Nintendo DS (February 17, 2009)

Star Ocean: The Last Hope for the Xbox 360 (March 3, 2009)

Never really been a huge fan of the Star Ocean series, myself, but Dragon Quest V looks intriguing. I just wish they’d release more for the 360. Ah well. /shrug
