Line Rider 2: Unbound hits the Wii

October 9th, 2008 by Edwin in Games – New Releases

With both the DS and PC platforms having received their copies of Line Rider 2: Unbound already, what about single console people who survive on nothing but the Wii as their daily bread? Well, good news for them then as Genius Products has already started to roll out Line Rider 2: Unbound for the Wii. This title will retain all the fun and thrills of the original Web version that saw productivity in the office plummet, and will be equally addictive despite being on a totally different platform.

Line Rider 2: Unbound features three game modes, Story Mode, Freestyle Mode and Puzzle Mode, along with dozens of new tools to enable even more creative freedom - plus the Wii version of Line Rider 2: Unbound supports Wi-Fi so players can trade and share tracks anywhere! Developed by inXile entertainment, Line Rider 2: Unbound for Wii is Rated “E” for Everyone by the ESRB and is available for $29.99. In Line Rider 2: Unbound, the sled-stealing scumbag Chaz is up to no good and only you, as the clever and cunning Bosh, can defeat him. For Bosh to save his true love Bailey, players must solve over 40 mind-bending puzzles created by the #1 Line Rider player in the world, TechDawg. Players can also create their own puzzles and story-telling masterpieces and share them on the Internet by posting on sites such as YouTube, Facebook or the official Line Rider Web site.

Guess the holiday season ain’t gonna be so boring, eh? Something tells me Line Rider fans of the Web version will probably rush out to get this for their Wii if they don’t already have the PC version.
