June 22nd, 2008 by Edwin in Games – New Releases
PlayFirst, Inc. is the company behind the DASH game series, and they have just released Fashion Dash to further expand the franchise line. This is a classic DASH title featuring a low learning curve despite having challenging-to-master time management mechanics. Folks who are jumping aboard the casual gaming bandwagon for the first time will definitely find this a delight, while devoted DASH fans will not find their skills from previous games in the series go unused. is the keyword here for a game such as this, and it will be interesting to see just how much productivity levels drop as folks install this on their respective computers.
According to Kenny Shea Dinkin, vice president and creative director, PlayFirst, Inc., “Our DASH games are deliciously addictive. We have devoted fans who come back again and again to sharpen their DASH skills and keep up with their favorite characters. Fashion Dash, which will satisfy those cravings, features traditional time-management gameplay that will also be accessible to people trying out a PlayFirst DASH game for the very first time.”
In this title, you will fine the newest entrepreneur in Dinertown - Coco. Coco’s profession is a costume designer for the TV dance show known as Dancerrific, and upon opening a series of clothing boutiques, the program goes belly up. With already having invested so much money and time into the boutiques, your main point would be to reunite friends from Dancerrific, and you are here to help Coco run the daily operations of her boutiques. As the player, you have to virtually do everything, ranging from custom fittings to coat-hanger cleanup.
Fashion Dash is available for both Mac and PC platforms for $19.95. You can always give the 60-minute trial version a go before you decide to bust out that credit card of yours.
