Majesco offers Wonder World Amusement Park
May 29th, 2008 by Edwin in Games – New Releases
I’ve always found games like Theme Park and Theme Hospital to be really fun, as it makes me escape from my dreary world and plunge into another reality where I am this tycoon who is starting off on another business venture to multiply my millions. Theme Park, especially, is one fun game where the hours just while away without one realizing it. Guess many years later after Theme Park’s release on the PC, the Nintendo DS Lite will be able to experience a somewhat similar game in the form of Wonder World Amusement Park from Majesco, the same folks who brought us the fun Cooking Mama series. This title will be released sometime in the summer, adding yet another game to your upcoming holiday purchases.
Wonder World Amusement Park for DS lets players experience a complete day at the park in the palm of their hands. Using the Touch Screen, players can toss, drive, shoot, whack, fish and spin in more than two dozen mini-games throughout five themed zones. Playing mini-games lets gamers access interactive rides and win tickets they can redeem for prizes and accessories for their characters. Other rewards include unlockable modes, games and a secret Park Zone! Whether playing alone or challenging a friend via local wireless connection, Wonder World Amusement Park offers a rich carnival game experience anytime, anywhere.
Guess you will play the role of a guest here instead of building your own theme park. Well, at least there aren’t any long queues to contend with. There is no word on pricing, but the fact that this can be played with a friend via wireless will surely go a long way in enhancing the longevity of this title.
