Is it me or are Wii owners just getting the short end of the stick where serious games are concerned for the console? After all, there isn’t anything serious to come out in a long, long time – it would be nice to see something in the vein of Resident Evil 4 released, sandwiched between saccharine sweet titles like Mario Kart Wii and Super Mario Galaxy. Blast Works: Build, Trade, Destroy from Majesco won’t be doing the serious gamers camp any favors either, although it has just gone gold and is set to be released. This is a fully customizable side-scrolling shooter that will begin to ship from June 10th onwards, so mark your calendars if you happen to love shooters.
