SWAT Elite Troops head for cell phones
March 18th, 2008 by Edwin in Games – New Releases
Cell phones will soon be the platform where you exact justice on terrorists, thanks to SWAT Elite Troops. This is a follow up mobile game to the award-winning SWAT Force, and is currently available from Vivendi Games mobile in North America and Europe. In this newly released title, you get a unique and innovative “Instant Tactical Decision” system which makes provision for players to make immediate, split-second decisions. Since your decisions in real-time are crucial to the success of a mission, it really takes a whole lot of brain compared to brawn, and you will also need to rely on your gut feeling whenever you tread around a delicate hostage situation. Instead of being a mere “shoot to kill” experience, it will take a respectable amount of grey matter to navigate through various levels and scenarios.
According to Paul Maglione, president of Vivendi Games Mobile, “Fans of the SWAT franchise will be thrilled to get their hands on the next installment of the action-packed mobile game with more intense combat and gameplay features. With advanced features like the “Instant Tactical Design” system and an easily accessible control scheme, the SWAT series continues to be a favorite among casual and hardcore gamers alike.”
You will be able to choose from a wide range of authentic SWAT weapons such as flash grenades, pistols, electric stun guns and more, giving you one of the more realistic gaming experiences on a mobile platform. Better make sure your cell phone is well charged if you plan on getting hooked to this game.
