The Nintendo Wii is one cute console that flashes blue whenever it wants your attention, which is kinda the opposite of females who seem to blush red when they’re shy because a hottie such as you is approaching them - either that or they’re just plain mad at you for being such a cheapskate during a night out, but both situations still warrant garnering your attention. As for the Wii, at least it doesn’t scream, get involved in catfights, or even throw expensive china your way during an argument. No sir, it will continue flashing in blue to notify you that there is a new system update available for download, with the version number stopping at 3.1 already.

This new system update version 3.1 will now officially include USB keyboard support, which will definitely see an increase in the usability of the Internet Channel. Logitech is extremely fast to react to this, allowing their Logitech Classic Keyboard 200 to be fully compatible. I wonder whether this update will support wireless keyboards or not, as that would be a much better solution compared to a wired mess. After all, since the Wii’s controllers are already wireless, one might as well go the extra mile to great a truly wireless environment.

The Everybody Votes Channel has also been updated as you can upgrade it via the Wii Shop Channel. This free update won’t see any cosmetic changes, instead it allows you to submit questions after typing it out. In additon, the Internet Browser will also see an update via the same Wii Shop Channel. If you’re feeling like a legal eagle today, you can also check out the newer Wii User Agreement to help pass time at the office. Sure beats reading all those annual reports, even though both documents are as dry as a shot of gin.
