Nintendo unveils Brain Age 2 bundle

Ahhh, game bundles. Everyone loves them as they tend to ooze with more value. Unfortunately, not all consoles come with a great game bundle, leaving a sour taste in the mouth of purchasers. You can be assured that Nintendo won’t pull off a cheap marketing stunt with their upcoming bundle that places the amazing sequel to the highly engaging and entertaining Brain Age game along with a new variant of the super successful Nintendo DS Lite console. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, apparently Nintendo DS Lite factories seem to have a surplus of onyx and crimson paints, resulting in them producing a whole bunch of DS Lites that come in both colors.
The first Brain Age title certainly went a long way in expanding the DS Lite’s territory throughout the world, as aging folks picked up what could be their first videogame system in their entire life. As to whether their memory became better after playing the game, that didn’t really matter. What mattered was an explosion of casual gaming that has not been seen in a long, long time. With Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day packaged into this crimson-and-onyx bundle, you can be sure that even more DS Lites will be flying off store shelves in every corner of the world. It makes me wonder though – do people pick up this bundle to add to their growing collection of DS Lites, or is it for the game itself?
The Brain Age 2 DS Lite bundle will be released this August 21st for $149.99, and simple mathematics dictate that the Brain Age 2 title costs $20. A carrying case has been thrown in as a bonus, and you can’t get a sweeter deal than this.
