Shatner to Host Game Awards
July 3rd, 2006 by Sean in General Gaming News
It’s been announced that none other than William Shatner will be hosting the first ever “Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Arts” in Vancouver this September.
The event has been organised to spotlight Canada’s involvement in the creation of both video games and animation, and the event organiser are said to be extremely happy that they’ve managed to get their first choice actor to host the event.
Shame the event isn’t likely to be televised (or if it is, likely won’t be seen outside of Canada) since with Shatner as host it’s bound to be hilarious…
Pictured is Bill trying to take on the role of King of All Cosmos (just kidding, though he’s mad enough to do the role justice…)
