New Resident Evil Film
March 7th, 2006 by Sean in General Gaming News
Capcom’s Resident Evil games are set to spawn a third in the movie series, with Milla Jovovich again to take the starring role of Alice (a character created for the films, not to be found in the games!). The film is being written and directed by Paul W. S. Anderson, who also wrote the script for the previous Resident Evil film as well as directing the poorly received Alien vs. Predator.
Milla revealed in an interview with Sci Fi Wire that her character is set to gain some freaky powers this time around, after having been experimented upon by the Umbrella Corporation, but she couldn’t reveal any more information than that yet.
Resident Evil 3: Extinction is set to go into filming soon, but no release date has yet been announced.
