At the moment no official complaint has been made to Atari, the comments instead being made to website GamesIndustry.biz. I can see why these complaints are being made, after all, painting graffiti on public and private buildings is wrong. It shows how much more mainstream that videogames have become however, since I'm sure there was never this much worry over Jet Set Radio on Dreamcast, or even the follow up on XBox.
