Bubble Popper
January 6th, 2006 by Anita in Game Reviews
Okay, I know you have to be a member of Gamesville.com to play this game, but who is not? I really love playing this game. It seems to relax me and other times frustrate me because I cannot seem to pop all the bubbles.
The idea of course is to pop all the bubbles on the screen, but it is not as easy as it sounds. You can only pop bubbles when two or more of the same colored bubbles are touching. As you mouse over the bubbles their color changes just a bit, that means they can be popped. Still sounds easy, right?
Well, there are three different levels of difficulty. On each level, there is a certain amount of bubbles you must pop before you complete the round. You can glance at the bottom of the screen to learn how many you have left to finish the round.
As the levels increase so does the complexity. If you want to keep, the points that you have earned you must finish the round. You can earn points either by popping special bubbles that will release coins or by popping all the bubbles on the screen. The special can be easily seen because they are the ones with cute little creatures inside.
If you pop on the bubbles on the screen, you earn a bonus of 250 points no matter which level you are playing. When you pop multiple special bubbles, a straight multiplier is used to determine your points. That means if you pop six blue bubbles and three of them were special the points would be multiple the points earned by three.
If you think this game, still sounds easy then you need to join Gamesville and see if you can pop all the bubbles on each level. I have a feeling you will become addicted and spend a lot of time playing Bubble Popper.
